Terms and conditions for using PATO HYROX services

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using PATO HYROX services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
Services
PATO HYROX operates a HYROX training zone at the Reitschule by the English Garden in Munich. Our services include classes, open gym and related offerings.
Booking and Payment
All bookings must be made through our official booking system. Payment is required at the time of booking. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund.
User Conduct
Users must conduct themselves appropriately and follow all facility rules. PATO HYROX reserves the right to refuse service or terminate sessions for inappropriate behavior.
Limitation of Liability
PATO HYROX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
Modifications
PATO HYROX reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes.
